Ct Charmers was founded by Coach Neil Swanchak in 1990. Coach Neil has an abundance of experience and knowledge of softball from his over 30 years of coaching at the travel softball and CT High School Softball. As a hitting and fielding instructor for USA Elite Training LLC, Coach Swanchek challenged his players with an emphasis on skill developments. He has over 25 years of High School coaching experience with Amity (1994-2004), Lauralton Hall (2005-2009) and Seymour High School (2013-2017). Coach Swanchak has coached in 20 State Championship games and won 12 State Titles. Coach Swanchak has also coached with the Connecticut Charmers Gold travel program for over 30 years. During that time he has had over 400 players go on to play college softball at the Division I, II and III levels. In May of 2018, he was inducted into the Connecticut High School & Collegiate Hall of Fame. Coach is still actively coaching today!
